CIMB SME Empowerment Platform is a web-based digital platform developed for CIMB Group as part of their 4C Strategy to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The platform was designed to help SMEs assess their business readiness, identify improvement areas, and access relevant support initiatives through a structured digital process.
The system includes survey-based assessments, scoring dashboards, application management, reporting, and data visualization features to help CIMB better understand SME needs and provide targeted business support. Built using Laravel, the platform supports business continuity efforts by enabling a more organized, data-driven, and scalable approach to SME empowerment.
