MyNEXT Platform, also known as the Nurturing Expert Talent Platform, is a Laravel-based web application developed to manage internship applications, company profiles, job postings, internship listings, and billing processes. The platform also supports the Structured Internship Program (SIP), which enables companies to apply for double tax deduction benefits for eligible internship placements.
Developed during my time at Twistcode, the system was designed to streamline the internship ecosystem by connecting students, companies, and career advisors through a centralized digital platform. MyNEXT improves the efficiency of managing internship opportunities, application workflows, company participation, and related administrative processes.
