iKolej is a web-based college room application and management system developed for UiTM Dungun. The system was designed to simplify the process of student hostel or college room applications, allowing students to submit applications online while enabling administrators to manage, review, and process applications more efficiently.
The platform helps reduce manual paperwork, improve application tracking, and support better decision-making for room placement and student accommodation management. Built using PHP and MySQL, iKolej provides a structured and accessible solution for managing student residential applications within the university environment.
